Is This You?
Too many pregnant women are told to simply put up with pain and leakage. Prenatal pelvic floor therapy can help with all of the following — and more.
Our Approach
Every visit is one-on-one with your therapist. No rushed appointments, no cookie-cutter plans. Here's what your journey typically looks like:
Prevent ab separation (diastasis recti) and create a strong foundation for the rest of your pregnancy.
Improve mobility and reduce the aches and pains that slow you down as your belly grows.
Learn to relax and lengthen your pelvic floor so it's ready to work with — not against — you during birth.
Reduce your risk of tearing with perineal massage instruction and targeted preparation techniques.
Practice real labor positions and pushing mechanics — with your partner if you'd like them involved.
A final session to prepare your hips, pelvic floor, and uterine ligaments for delivery day.
What to Expect
We know the first appointment can feel nerve-wracking. Here's exactly what happens.
Your therapist takes time to understand your full history, your birth goals, and any concerns — not just your symptoms. You'll never feel rushed.
We assess your posture, movement, and — with your consent — your pelvic floor. Everything is explained before we do it, and you're in control the entire time.
You leave with a clear roadmap, exercises you can actually do at home, and a therapist who knows your name and your goals.
We never push you to buy sessions upfront. Your plan is based on what you need — nothing more, nothing less.
Dr. Deliz and the entire team at Connect Pelvic Health have been absolutely wonderful throughout my pregnancy. I'm currently 39 weeks pregnant, and I'm so incredibly grateful for all of their help, support, and care during this season. Dr. Deliz was so kind, informative, compassionate, and truly took the time to listen and help me feel supported. Every visit felt welcoming and encouraging, and I always left feeling better physically and emotionally.
