Dr. Brandie is wonderful and simply the best! She is friendly and immediately sets you at ease. She truly listens to you and cares. I have been to numerous doctors and specialist to no avail. After just a couple sessions with Dr. Brandie she relieved my hamstring/groin/pelvic pain... She is truly a miracle worker and I cannot speak highly enough about her!!!!

Pelvic and Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Dr. Megan Sims, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, CSCS graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia State University.

Starting at a very young age, Megan suffered from multiple joint dislocations, joint pain, and hypermobility that resulted in several surgeries, each surgery then requiring lengthy physical therapy sessions. She knew something wasn’t right with her health, but couldn’t find the right professionals to successfully address the root causes of her pain. Because of her personal struggles to find specialists that could help her, she set out to find answers for herself.  Through her research, she found her calling - to become a healthcare provider that is able to help anyone that might be fighting a similar battle.

Dr. Megan’s interest in treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction started when she was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis (Painful Bladder Syndrome). She was told she’d be on several medications for the rest of her life, and that she would have to learn to catheterize herself to have medication put directly into the bladder. Instead, Dr. Megan sought out pelvic floor PT, and had a 95% improvement in all symptoms- without medication or catheterization! Her interest and love for treating this population has only grown.

Dr. Megan also enjoys treating patients with connective tissue disorders; including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Lupus, etc. as well as their concurrent diagnoses; including Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and more. Dr. Megan has also worked as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, training all levels of athletes, giving a unique perspective on how to get you back out there at the level you've already worked so hard to achieve.

Dr. Megan uses an individualized, research-based treatment approach to help you get back to what you love with less pain.  She uses a variety of techniques including dry needling, activity modification and muscle strengthening, and is constantly researching and learning new methods to address patient concerns.

Dr. Brett really helped me regain full function of my ankle after surgery. He also recognized several health concerns that required me to follow up with my doctor and get additional treatment.
