Birth Mechanics, Recovery & Organ Mobility
Birth mechanics, uterine ligament work, perineal massage, birth prep, postpartum recovery, visceral mobilization, lymphatic drainage, and nervous system regulation for complex presentations.
Community Education
Dr. Brandie brings pelvic health education directly into your community — from fitness studios to CrossFit boxes to women's health events. These workshops break through the silence and give women the knowledge they deserve about their own bodies.
Current and past partners include:
Why urinary leakage happens, what it signals, and what you can actually do beyond "just do your Kegels."
How to train, run, lift, and jump without your pelvic floor working against you — built for athletes at every level.
What the birth canal, pushing mechanics, and perineal prep actually look like — and how PT can reduce tearing risk.
What is normal vs. what needs attention after baby — covering diastasis, prolapse, and returning to exercise.
Demystifying pelvic organ prolapse, its symptoms, and the non-surgical options most women never hear about.
An honest conversation about why sex can hurt, what treatment can look like, and why women deserve better answers.
Public Speaking & Podcasts
Dr. Brandie believes too many women suffer silently — not because help does not exist, but because no one ever told them the truth about how their bodies work. She speaks with clinical authority, personal warmth, and a commitment to meeting women inside their own communities and faith traditions.
For women navigating pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, or chronic symptoms they have been told to "just live with." Dr. Brandie explains what is actually happening — and that healing is possible.
Designed for Christian women's groups, retreats, and conferences. A compassionate, clinically grounded conversation about sexual pain, intimacy after marriage, and why what you were taught about your body may have left you without the tools to heal.
For new moms, expecting moms, and the people who love them. Covers what real recovery looks like and which symptoms deserve specialized care.
Dr. Brandie welcomes customized engagements for healthcare conferences, women's health summits, church retreats, podcasts, and community events.
Dr. Brandie found her passion for pelvic health while healing from her own chronic pelvic pain following the birth of her two sons. A Baylor University graduate with highest honors, she left a career as a state and national award-winning chemistry educator to become a pelvic physical therapist — bringing the same rigor and love of teaching into the clinic, the classroom, and onto the stage.
She holds an Advanced Pelvic Health Certification and has completed hundreds of hours of postgraduate training in visceral mobilization, dry needling, trauma-informed care, and sexual function through Herman and Wallace, the Barral Institute, and other leading organizations.
